what's your biggest guilty pleasure?: supernatural, the backstreet boys, chocolate
what's your biggest fear?: disappointing the people i love. i'm really hard on myself sometimes because of that.
what three things would you take with you to a deserted island?: my adorable wife, my guitar, and our puppy. close call between my guitar and a lifetime supply of red bull, but in the end i think my guitar wins out.

what would be your ideal vacation?: well, i have to say, i don't think anything could really top taking lisa to south africa for valentine's day. not only was it insanely romantic (the eloping part helped that along...), but i got to show her where i spent my childhood. i think it would be really neat to someday just take a few months off of any obligations and travel the world (with lisa, of course) at our own pace.
what advice would you give someone going to the moon?: take me with you if it really is made out of cheese. if not, then make sure you pack lightly. okay, that was beyond lame.
would you say you've won more fights than you've lost?: that's a really tough one. in my personal life, then i definitely have won more than i've lost. how can i complain about a beautiful wife, a loving family, and in-laws that i actually get along with and love calling them my family? my professional life is a bit of a different story. fighting to get the media and the public to take me seriously isn't very easy. but i'm happy with what i've got going on at the moment, so to me, that is a win.
do you put all of your cards on the table?: in my songs, sometimes- not always obviously, though. but on a day to day basis, very rarely.
goonies never say die. what's something you never say?: when something is bothering me or upsets me. i usually just change the subject or play it off.
if you had to describe yourself in five words, what would they be?: slightly crazy, loving, loyal, rambly. i guess 'epic failure' should be on there, too, but that would be more than five. |
